The problems we see most, with fixes.

The extension panel does not appear

Three usual causes. You are on search results rather than a business listing: open the listing itself. The page loaded before the extension: refresh the tab. Or the extension is not connected: click its icon and confirm the token test succeeds.

"Invalid token" errors

Your token was regenerated or pasted incompletely. Open the dashboard, copy the current token (or regenerate it), paste it into the extension popup and save. Tokens stop working the moment a new one is generated.

Review or post audit returns almost nothing

The audits read loaded items. Open the Reviews or Updates tab, scroll until at least 20 items are visible, then run the audit. Google loads these lazily, so what is not scrolled does not exist yet as far as the page is concerned.

AI generation fails or errors

If you use your own Gemini key, verify it is valid and has quota remaining. On included allowances, check your remaining AI tokens in the sidebar. Transient model errors also happen; a retry a minute later often just works. Persisting failures belong in a bug report with the time and the tool used.

Website audit cannot fetch the site

Some sites block automated fetches or respond slowly. Confirm the URL on the profile is correct and the site loads in a normal browser. If it does and the audit still fails, report it; certain firewalls need individual handling.

A capture looks incomplete after a Google update

When Google changes its page markup, specific fields can briefly capture as empty. Check the changelog for a known-issue note, and report what you see. Fixes for Google markup changes are the most common maintenance we ship.
