Chrome Extension
Installing, connecting and using the extension inside Google Maps.
Install and connect the extension
Create a free account first, then install the extension. Click the AIFLB icon in your toolbar, paste the personal token from your dashboard, and click "Save and test connection". A success message means you are connected. The token is how the extension talks to your account without ever handling your password.
Where the panel appears
On any Google Maps business listing, the panel appears under the business header with category chips and buttons: GBP Audit, Website Audit, AI Tools, Rank Check, Reviews Audit and Posts Audit. On your own profile's merchant panel in Google search (the "Your business on Google" view), a separate floating toolbar appears with owner tools: find categories, find services, generate description, generate post, check descriptions.
Why review and post audits need scrolling first
Google loads reviews and posts only as you scroll them. Reviews Audit and Posts Audit require at least 20 loaded items, so open the Reviews or Updates tab and scroll before clicking the audit button. If the audit reports too few items, scroll further and run it again.
The extension token, and regenerating it
Your token identifies your account to the extension. If you pasted it somewhere you should not have, or just want to rotate it, click regenerate on the dashboard and update the extension popup with the new value. The old token stops working immediately.
When Google changes its pages
Google updates its markup regularly. The extension uses resilient selectors, but a big Google change can briefly break a capture feature until we ship a fix. If a button stops working, check the changelog for a note, and report it via the contact form; those reports genuinely speed up fixes.
