Audits

GBP, website, review and post audits: running them and reading them.

The GBP Audit, explained

The GBP Audit is the full profile capture: NAP, hours, rating, all categories including secondary ones, services with descriptions, attributes, the profile description, claimed status, Place ID, CID, review request links and rating distribution. Run it from the extension's GBP Audit button on any listing. It consumes one basic audit credit and stores the result with the saved business.

The website audit and its score

The website audit fetches the business's site server side and runs local-focused checks: NAP match against the profile, category and city in the title and meta, local keywords in content and headings, LocalBusiness and hours schema, service pages, content depth, header structure, click-to-call, HTTPS, robots.txt and sitemap. The result is a score out of 100 with each check explained. Run it from the extension's Website Audit button or from a saved business.

Review audits: what the numbers mean

The review audit reports response rate (what share of loaded reviews have an owner reply), unanswered count, and rating patterns. Response rate is the headline number: profiles that answer look after their customers in public. It requires at least 20 loaded reviews, so scroll the Reviews tab first.

Post audits: reading activity honestly

The post audit reports how recently and how often a profile posts, and what kinds of content. Always run it on two or three ranking competitors too; whether posting matters in your niche is an empirical question, and the competitor comparison answers it.

Audit credits and what consumes them

GBP audits, website audits and grid scans each have their own credit balance, visible in your sidebar. Free accounts have small balances for evaluation; the Founders plan includes working allowances. Users who connect both their own Gemini key and DataForSEO credentials bypass credits entirely because the work runs on their own accounts.
