The toolset covers GBP posts, profile descriptions, product descriptions, review responses, Q&A entries, Facebook posts and service descriptions, plus checkers that grade existing descriptions and service descriptions. Two research tools map free text to categories: describe a business or paste website text, get likely GBP categories back.

Open an AI tool from a captured business (or from the extension) and its fields prefill with that business's real data: name, city, categories, services. Prefill from real data is why output starts specific instead of generic. You can edit everything before generating.

Each generation consumes tokens, deducted from your allowance based on actual usage reported by the model. Your remaining balance is visible in the sidebar. Normal professional use fits comfortably; sustained bulk generation is what your own API key is for.

Bring Your Own Keys is included with active paid plans priced at $97 or more. Eligible users can save a Gemini API key in Settings (stored with authenticated encryption), so AI generation runs on their Google quota with no AIFLB token limits. Add DataForSEO credentials as well and rank grids plus client-finder searches run on that account. Trial accounts use their included AIFLB credits.

The My Prompts page lets you customize the prompt templates the tools use, so output matches your voice and standards. Reset to defaults anytime if an experiment goes sideways.
