Terms of Service
Last updated: July 19, 2026
1. Agreement and operator
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to AI For Local Businesses ("AIFLB", "Service", "we", "us"), including its website, dashboard, reports and Chrome extension. AIFLB operates from Cowork, Bratstvo Inox admin building, 7-mi Noemvri 179, 6000 Ohrid, North Macedonia. Contact: [email protected].
By registering, purchasing, connecting the extension or using the Service, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use AIFLB for a company or client, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization and obtain any permissions required for the data you submit.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 or the legal age of majority where you live and legally capable of entering a contract. Provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. Unless a plan expressly permits seats, one account is licensed to one person and may not be shared, transferred, rented or resold.
3. Extension consent and connection
The extension remains disabled until you review its data-use disclosure and click Agree & Enable AIFLB. Connection creates a revocable bearer credential for your account and records the consent version and time. You may revoke the connection and consent in the popup or dashboard. Revocation prevents future authenticated extension requests but does not automatically erase completed audits; use the deletion controls or request account deletion for that.
4. License
Subject to payment, plan limits and these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable right to use AIFLB for your internal business or client-service work. No ownership rights are transferred. You may create and share reports for legitimate client work, but may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, scrape, frame, white-label except where your plan allows it, or create a competing product from AIFLB software, workflows, prompts, designs, documentation or non-public output structures.
5. Plans, lifetime access and fair use
Plan features, prices and included allowances are shown at purchase. A "lifetime" license means access for the commercially supported lifetime of the AIFLB product, not the lifetime of the purchaser and not a guarantee of perpetual operation or unchanged features. Lifetime access remains subject to these Terms, reasonable technical evolution, abuse prevention, third-party availability and the variable-cost allowances disclosed for AI, data and scan functions.
Allowances may renew as described in the dashboard. You may use your own supported provider credentials where offered. You may not bypass limits, automate multiple accounts, pool credentials, resell access or impose disproportionate infrastructure or third-party costs. We may rate-limit abusive traffic and may offer a suitable higher-usage arrangement before restricting legitimate heavy use.
6. Payments, taxes and refunds
Checkout and payment functions are processed by Lemon Squeezy under the terms shown during checkout. AIFLB does not receive card details. Prices and taxes are those shown at checkout; your receipt identifies the applicable transaction parties. You authorize the applicable charge when ordering.
Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy and the checkout provider's applicable process. Nothing in these Terms removes a mandatory consumer cancellation, conformity, refund or warranty right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use AIFLB to:
- break any law, court order, third-party right or platform term applicable to you;
- mass-download, create bulk feeds from, or build a substitute for Google Maps or another platform;
- circumvent authentication, access restrictions, rate controls, plan limits or technical protections;
- create fake reviews, impersonate another person, misrepresent AI content as an independent human endorsement, spam, harass or deceive;
- upload malware, probe vulnerabilities without written permission, disrupt the Service or use it to access private networks or systems;
- submit confidential, personal or copyrighted material without authority, or use personal data for unlawful profiling, discrimination or unsolicited marketing;
- sell raw captured platform data, extension data or AIFLB access.
8. Google Maps and Business Profile data
AIFLB provides bounded, user-initiated analysis of selected business-profile information. Local Scan is limited to up to 20 displayed results per action; review and post audits are limited to up to 50 loaded items per action. AIFLB is not a mapping service or bulk data feed and does not grant rights in Google or third-party content.
You remain responsible for compliance with Google Maps, Google Business Profile, Chrome Web Store and other applicable third-party terms. AIFLB does not promise that Google authorizes any particular use merely because information is publicly visible. Google may change its interfaces, policies or access controls, causing a feature to change, degrade or stop. AIFLB does not edit or publish your Business Profile through the extension.
9. User content and instructions
You retain your rights in prompts, uploaded materials and content you lawfully provide. You grant AIFLB a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, process and transmit that material only as necessary to provide, secure and support the Service and requested outputs. You represent that you have the permissions needed to submit it. We do not use extension data to train an unrelated AIFLB advertising or data-broker product.
10. AI-generated output
AI output is probabilistic and may be incomplete, inaccurate, similar to other output, unsuitable or legally restricted. It is a draft, not legal, medical, financial or professional advice. Review and verify every output before relying on or publishing it, including claims, offers, prices, regulated statements, trademarks and third-party rights. You are responsible for your final use and for any disclosure that content was AI-generated where law or platform rules require it.
11. Third-party services
AIFLB depends on services such as Google Maps and Search, Gemini, DataForSEO, Lemon Squeezy, hosting, map and website-preview providers. Their services and content are governed by their own terms and may change or become unavailable. We are not responsible for a third party's systems, decisions, suspensions, data accuracy or outages, but we remain responsible for our own obligations under applicable law.
12. Independence and intellectual property
AIFLB is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by Google, GMB Everywhere, PlePer, Local Falcon, BrightLocal or any other referenced tool. Third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only for truthful identification, interoperability or comparison.
AIFLB and its proprietary software, source code, workflows, prompts, reports, documentation, branding and original design elements are owned by AIFLB or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property and unfair-competition laws. Except for the limited license above, all rights are reserved.
13. Confidentiality and privacy
Each party must use reasonable care with non-public information received from the other and use it only for the relationship contemplated by these Terms. This does not cover information already lawfully known, public without breach, independently developed or required to be disclosed by law. Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy.
14. Service changes and availability
We aim to keep AIFLB available and useful but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may maintain, modify, replace or discontinue features to address security, law, third-party changes, abuse, cost or product development. Where practical, we will give reasonable notice of a material discontinuation affecting paid access and provide an appropriate remedy where mandatory law requires one.
15. Suspension and termination
You may stop using AIFLB at any time and request deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, security risk, unlawful use, non-payment, attacks on the Service or conduct creating liability. Where the issue can reasonably be cured, we will ordinarily provide notice and an opportunity to cure. Immediate action may be taken for urgent security, legal or abuse risks. Provisions intended to survive, including payment, ownership, disclaimers, liability and dispute terms, remain effective.
16. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIFLB is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee rankings, leads, revenue, profile approval, content acceptance, data accuracy or any specific business result. Nothing here excludes an express promise or mandatory warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIFLB and its operator, personnel and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue, goodwill, opportunity or data, arising from the Service or third-party platforms. Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of EUR 100 and the amount you paid AIFLB for the affected Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of confidentiality or data-protection duties where liability cannot be limited, or any other liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
18. Business-user indemnity
If you use AIFLB for a business and the law permits it, you will defend and indemnify AIFLB against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful content, violation of another person's rights, unauthorized client data, or material breach of Sections 7-10. This does not require you to indemnify AIFLB for our own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct, and we will give reasonable notice and control of the defense subject to our right to participate.
19. Governing law and disputes
Please first email [email protected] so we can try to resolve a dispute informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction in Ohrid, North Macedonia will have exclusive jurisdiction for business-to-business disputes, unless the parties agree otherwise.
If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove mandatory protections or the right to bring proceedings in the courts available under the law of your habitual residence. Nothing prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or making a lawful complaint to a regulator.
20. General
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and terms shown at checkout form the agreement for the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder continues. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your account without our written consent; we may assign the agreement as part of a reorganization, financing or sale while preserving applicable user rights. Headings are for convenience.
21. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms for legal, security, provider or product changes. Material changes will be posted with a new date and, where appropriate, notified in the Service before taking effect. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
