Refund Policy

Draft status: this document is a plain-language working draft prepared by the AIFLB team. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. It describes our real practices honestly, but wording may change after professional legal review.
The short version
If AIFLB is not what you expected, tell us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the Founders license. We would rather refund you than keep money from someone the product does not fit.
Founders Lifetime License
- Window: 14 days from the date of purchase.
- How: use the contact form from your account email and include "Refund" in the subject. No exit interview required, though feedback helps us.
- Speed: we process refunds promptly; the time until money reaches your account depends on the payment provider and your bank.
- Effect: a refund ends the license and paid access to the account.
The honest edge cases
We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of clear abuse, for example an account that consumed a large share of its variable-cost allowances (AI generation, rank scans) and then requests a refund on day 13, or repeat purchase-and-refund cycles. Real per-use costs are incurred on our side when those features run. In genuine cases of dissatisfaction this will not affect you.
Free plan
The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. It is also the recommended way to evaluate AIFLB before buying.
Questions first
If something is broken or confusing, consider telling us before refunding. A surprising amount of "it does not work" is fixed in one reply.
